I am looking forward to presenting this workshop as part of the Same Page Art Fair in collaboration with Perimeter and Gertrude Contemporary.
11 am–1 pm, Sunday 19th October, 2025
In this two-hour workshop, we plan and create our own simple little handmade book.

It is free but registration is required to partcipate
We will use a variety of papers, handstitching, glue, collage and possibly other materials to tell our little story. Considering ‘our story’ we will generate a simple narrative using collage as our medium.
This session is offered in the spirit of curiosity, play, and reflection. Coming together and gathering with intention to create is a small act of communal awakening and self care.
We will briefly consider how our bodies carry our stories before words do as we move into creating our pages—simple, beautiful containers for our inquiry and expression.
There will be some space at the end of our session to reflect on our work. Sharing is of course optional.
Suitable for all levels of skill and abilities. We will be invited to use needle and thread, scissors and writing, so if you require support with dexterity I can be available to assist and adapt within the capacity of the groups needs.
