Photographic exhibition 2016; four women, photographic artists-

Two working in polaroid processes and two in android, this show presents these works side by side highlighting the differences/similarities of the techniques.

The truth is extremely unfashionable. Truth bears the same relationship to lies that a wilderness does to a funpark. The truth like the wilderness is complex and uncompromising with loose ends and uncomfortable seating. You can easily get lost in the truth and die never fully understanding it. A well crafted lie however is designed for human consumption and comfort. It has clear boundaries around it and simple entry and exit points with clearly marked paths with tasty and stimulating treats strategically placed along them. You leave the funpark poorer and depleted but wanting more. It takes real effort of will to deny yourself a return visit to a well crafted lie.
